Obama in Russia Seeks to "Reset" Bilateral Relations

Promising to "reset U.S.-Russia" relations, President Obama today started his trip to Russia with a meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
The focus of the initial meeting has been on reducing nuclear weapons in both country's arsenals.
But the bigger issue - the attempt to start a new, productive relationship with Russia with direct impact on joint policy towards Iran and North Korea.
