Cheney Terror Speech: He Writes His Own Version of History Before It's Too Late

The former Veep got what he wanted:  attention.

Not content with going fishing in an undisclosed location, former Vice President Dick Cheney has gone on a blasting campaign.  This time, it is not the face of a friend that got the whiff of grapeshot - it is the Obama Administration.

Not being commented upon:  Cheney looked tired and haggard during his speech.  His voice was labored and you could hear some heavy breathing, as if the act of speaking was exhausting him.  Could it be that his chronic heart problems are back? 

Is this one last campaign -this time to save his reputation - before it is too late? As Winston Churchill once said: "History will  be kind to me for I intend to write it."  Maybe this is Cheney rewriting history.
