The reason there are so many Democrats are (2) because the Democratic party freely gifts public benefits to a certain class of voters and promise"COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM) AKA amnestry, and (2) nearly every new immigrant comes here illegally and when they do become legal the instantly become Democrats because is the party that gives them more benefits. 

Bill Clinton went as far as to blackmail the legalized immigrants under the BECOME A U.S. CITIZEN or else youR welfare benefits will be cut off.  the "intent" was to CREATE more Democrats to vote for him in his second term election. 

Many immigrants could not pass the simple United States citizenship exams, so the law was passed that made the exams increadibly that even a dummy woud pass, as a result we now have Latino United States citiznes that can't speak English but carry United States passports. Clinton degraded the United States citizenship so he could win a re-election.  A classic Democrat self-serve manipulation of our electoral system for personal gain at a loss for our nation.  But don't take me wrong, I do like Hillary but not as a polititian if you know what I mean....
